I completed 200 hours of
classroom lectures and testing in the YogaFit®
Yoga Teacher Training Program from 2003-2006. In 2006, I
completed the YogaFit Level IV Certified
Class in Hood River, Oregon, and was presented my certificate by the founder of
YogaFit®,
Beth Shaw. YogaFit teaches
the standard 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Curriculum. I have also completed over
160 hours of additional yoga training with Paula Barros
D.C., Desiree Rambaugh,
and at the Ananda Yoga Center. In addition, I have done extensive reading
and research into Yoga, and
publish the Cloud Hands Blog.
From 2003 to 2015, I taught three or four
one-hour yoga classes
each week at the Tehama Family Fitness Center in Red Bluff, California.
In 2016, we moved our home to Vancouver, Washington.
Currently, in 2018, I teach privately at my home in Vancouver.

Hacienda Heights, California.
Tai Chi for Diabetes Instructor Trained and Certified by Dr. Paul Lam, M.D., in 2003.
Tai Chi for Arthritis Level 1 and Level 2 Instructor (Sun Style) Trained and Certified by Troyce Thome in
2006.
